The Proxxon Bench Circular Saw allows you to cut the smallest pieces where using a regular circular saw is dangerous or too difficult. The machined and perfectly planed aluminum worktable allows for sliding the work piece easily. Includes Super Cut Saw Blade (2-9/32" dia.); ideal for cutting soft wood up to 5/16". Replacement and additional saw blades sold separately. Cuts:
- Wood up to 5/16" (8mm)
- Plastic (also circuit boards) up to approx. 1/8" (3 mm)
- Non-ferrous metals up to 1/16" (1.5mm)
- Fiberglass reinforced plastics using the carbide tipped saw blade (item #822553)
